This product (STRATACEL) is a flexible full contact wound dressing for the repair of damaged or compromised skin following fractional procedures, including dermal abrasion, laser resurfacing & chemical peels. I am here to tell you that it can also be extremely helpful if you are a Retin-A user. I would not be able to tolerate Retin-A without using this. I have dry sensative skin that easily becomes compromised with aggressive skin care products. The texture reminds me of Aquaphore, but way more thin. It absorbs in way better than Aquaphore and the biggest bonus is that it has never made me breakout. The price point is on the high end but the product is highly recommended by dermatologist and the company is very reputable. It is definitely worth a try. My skin LOVES this product and calms it down in just after a couple nights of use.
