This is a good basic cleansing balm. I use it mainly to get my waterproof mascara off, which it does, then go in with my regular cleanser. My favorite part is that it doesn't leave an oily residue which a lot of other balms can do. No weird scent, basic packaging. Okay, I am the type of person to not review something unless I either LOVE IT or I am not a fan. This product is AMAZING!!!! I think everyone should do a pre cleanse at night time to remove makeup and/or stubborn SPF from the skin, then go in and cleanse with a daily cleanser that works for you. I am blown away by this product! As an esthetician I have used a lot of precleanses and this is my top favorite as of now! This melts away even waterproof mascara and lip stick with a breeze! It smells so heavenly too. I am reviewing this 24 hours after using this and it has made me have such a beautiful glow all day, as it is so nourishing to this skin. I cannot say enough good things. Please buy this if you're looking for a great precleanse! AMAZING!!!
