I use Cetaphil every morning when I get out of the shower. I pat dry and apply Cetaphil. This allows moisture to be sealed into my skin. Helps with hydration as we mature.

I used to have HORRIBLE eczema until i started using the cetaphil line. this is AMAZING to use in the winter when it is suuuuper dry. I used it in the summer once and it is definitely too heavy.
