I have used almost the entire bottle and have noticed no difference in my acne. I’m also not a fan of the heavy alcohol scent. The other products in the line don’t have alcohol so why does this? This solution does the trick! Combine with a salicylic wash, and apply Murad Outsmart Acne Clarifying tx. Day and night. Our makeup on ASAP after applying the Murad gel. If you don’t, makeup will be “mucky!” I say all of this as a paramedical esthetician and adult onset rosceaca and eczema sufferer with dry skin problems to combat as a “older gal” (over 40.)
