Years ago, a previous hairdresser raved about ColorProof and had told me it helped her father's thinning hair, so I figured it was a place to start since I noticed my own hair thinning within the last year. I have very fine hair with good scalp coverage, however, my "ponytail" is easily half it's regular thickness.
