I have melasma on my forehead and cheeks. I've tried for years to lighten the appearance and absolutely nothing worked. If you can handle a bit of a odor from the Cyspera its well worth it! I finally found something that works like magic on my face. I've been using Cyspera since Jan. and now most of melasma is virtually gone. I also use Eucern antipigment. They work together perfectly!

This might have been the most amazing product on earth, but the smell is reminiscent of an old-school perm. I could have taken that on the chin, but it lingered on your face, which was just too much. I should say I am sensitive to smells, but even my husband commented when he got close to me after I had washed it off. Proceed with that info.

Regarding Cyspera, I'm only three weeks into treatment and I do see some improvement. If improvements continue over the next couple of months I will be thrilled. This pigment corrector was recommended to me as a HQ alternative by my Dermatologist. Prior to my current skin issues, I took great care of my skin with the best products and wore sunscreen 24/7/365. Then suddenly my skin became extremely dull, patchy, and dark. The dark areas are on the left side of my face and my entire chin area. My skin looked horrible! Does this product work, yes, 100%. Its intended to be used initially for 16 weeks with no breaks. After 16 weeks, use it to maintain the progress that was accomplished 2-3 time per week, consult your derm regarding the length of your use. I use it in the morning. I don't wash my face first, its meant to be applied to unclean skin including makeup and sunscreen. I layer on the corrector from forehead to neck. Its been 3.5 weeks so far and I've seen a huge noticeable difference. (Not exaggerating) This corrector is extremely potent, and I actually saw results in 5-7 days with consistent use. However, please be aware that this product's efficacy and how quickly you see results varies. It depends on the severity of your skin problem or how dark the areas you seek improvement are. I will be using Cyspera for hyperpigmentation and even skin tone for the rest of my life. Skincare 101, when you discontinue use of a corrective product, your issue will reappear. It won't harm your skin or health. In the past 3.5 weeks per my Derm my AM skincare is: apply Cyspera, cleanse skin, apply a 20%+ Vitamin C serum, moisturizer, Sunscreen SPF 30+. I purchased those recommended products from this online store. My PM skincare, per my Derm: cleanse skin, apply a .05% Retinol (she prescribed to me) and a moisturizer. These additional steps in caring for my skin helps the overall process of repairing it. Lastly, every 4 weeks I've been getting chemical peels to speed up the skin turnover process so the Cyspera can do its job more pointedly without having to combat layers of old dead skin. My last Chem Peel is on 9/6 This is a wordy review but trust me, I'm Type A with high expectations. The more details I share someone will make an informed decision. Cyspera is formulated to be used by individuals on the entire range of the Fitzpatric Scale (I-VI). I am a Fitz V (5). The only con is: the cream smells like garbage when its first applied, but in less than 30 seconds the scent is gone. Stick with it guys, it works.
