Too early to tell

I have only used this cream for a week. I like it very much and my skin feels soft but don't think I've given it enough time to notice a difference in my face. I hope I do. My wrinkles are not deep or severe but wouldn't mind looking a few years younger. Hope this cream is the key to a younger looking face!
