Very Scented

I wanted to love this but the scent is really strong, and I'm not usually bothered by smell. It does not feel particularly moisturizing on my dry skin either so I wouldn't rely on it as my only cleanser (I use a gentler soap-free one in the evening). I will probably use up the bottle I have but not buy another.

looking for a pH balanced facial wash

I was used to using a facial cream to wash my face, but decided I needed to use a more pH balanced facial cleanser. I find that my face is still trying to adjust to this cleanser, but it appears to be doing more than an adequate job of removing makeup, etc. I find that my face feels dry after using it, something I didn't experience using a facial cream, but I will still order it again. I would love to find out from LovelySkin if this is indeed a pH balanced product.

I use quite a few Derma E products and this one in particular, combined with Derma Es hydrating toner and night cream, is a lifesaver. It cleanses so well and never leaves my skin parched. It’s very hydrating and feels great especially before the application of my retinoid or AHAs, especially in the dry and cold winter of CO.

Rinses cleanly, doesn''t irritate

I purchased this on the recommendation of a health food store sales clerk, who raved about the Derma E line for sensitive skin on a budget. It has a really nice gel formula, it foams up easily, and a little goes a long way. It removes makeup easily, and it rinses cleanly. The only thing I dislike about this is the scent-it's far too floral for my taste. If it was scentless, it would be amazing! Thank you for the great price, LovelySkin!
