I like that this has a minimal number of ingredients and still has an effective % of salicylic acid. Most cleansers with it tend to have so many non-therapeutic additives that make my skin break out. The lavender and tea tree extracts are a smart antibacterial addition as well. I add about 15 drops each of clove, oregano, and thyme oils to this. It changes the consistency a little but still washes well, and those essential oils work well together to kill a good spectrum of bad things.
