Never again

I’ve used this product for number of years however they changed the formula. The last batch I purchased has oil in #2 anti-aging neutulizer leaving my skin greasy. It clogs my pores and causes breakouts. I will never purchase this again.

Exfoliates Nicely

I was using the Universal Daily Peel and loved how clear, smooth and glowing my skin looked after an application. As we're now in colder temps, my skin was feeling a bit dry and decided to try the Ultra Gentle peel. I'm finding during these colder, drier months, my skin is responding better to the Ultra Gentle peel. After an application, my skin feels hydrated and glowing. For reference, I have dry, mature skin and these peels really do make a difference.

Start with this one, then move up

This is another good product from Dr. Gross. The "Gentle" version here is a good place to start before you graduate up to the next one in this line. I have sensitive skin and this worked well as an introductory peel for a couple of weeks or so. Then I bought the regular strength daily peel (also from LovelySkin) and found that one was even better, with more visible results. Again, it helps to start slowly and gentle when you have sensitive skin and want to do a peel. This line is great!

My skin cannot handle high percentage of acids especially glycolic. This product does its job using lactic acid and in tolerable percentage for my skin. Once I open the package I cut the square containing the ingredients in half to extend its use. I then use them both 2 nights in a row. I love using this product.

As the name says, this is the kinder and gentler sister-product of the very popular original version. Given that I have very sensitive skin, I thought I would start with this product and then, depending on how it goes, to take it up a notch, or not. So, after thirty days of using this product daily, I am undecided... Pros: Extremely gentle. Did not irritate my skin in any way. Pleasant smell. Got rid of flakes. Cons: Had no real effect on wrinkles or fine-lines. I did not experience any resurfacing. Perhaps one needs longer than 30 days to get these results? Given all the "hype" about this product, I was expecting more. BL: A good product but I think I'm ready to kick it up a notch to see what the regular strength version can do.
