I purchased the product based upon a sample I recieved. The sample was in a cream form. It went on my dry damaged lips very nicely. The actural product is a Lip Balm which is clearly labled correctly. However, the lip balm is a firmer substance and does not go on my damaged lips as well as the "Cream Sample". The product does work, however it would be easier on my damaged lips if it came in the cream.

Really great lip balm but slightly grainy so I might microwave it and see if it goes back to a smooth feeling.
