This is great cleansing every day or every other day! I alternate with a glycolic /or foaming cleanser and I get good results. I do not wear heavy makeup but if you do then this is a good cleanser for you!! I sweat a lot at the gym and outside when exercising so I want a good, clean feeling after washing my face. GLO Daily polishing is the best gentle exfoliator I have ever used! It's a powder that you have to put in your hand and mix with few drops of water in to get the consistency you want, and I believe it's recommended to use while you're cleansing with your regular cleanser. It was a hassle and wasn't worth it after a couple uses, didn't notice any benefits.
