GlyMed Plus Purifying Cleanser with Salicylic Acid

What it is: A salicylic-acid–based cleanser aimed at clarifying pores, reducing oil, and combating acne. How it performs: Works well to reduce congestion and breakouts without the added surface exfoliation of an AHA. Salicylic acid’s lipid-soluble nature means it gets into the pore lining to break up excess sebum and keep blackheads from forming. Texture/Sensation: Classic gel or creamy gel. Gentle foam that rinses without tightness. Usually non-irritating at typical use frequencies. Best for: Oily/acne-prone skin or anyone who wants BHA pore clearing without strong surface exfoliation. Great as a regular daily cleanser or alternated with stronger acid blends. Minor downside: If your primary goal is visible surface renewal or evening texture/brightness, you might prefer a glycolic or dual-acid formula.

Great Exfoliator!

This is the BEST exfoliator I've ever used! Great for achieving smooth skin immediately. Use in the shower as you would a body wash - place some on your washcloth and suds-up, or suds-up in your hands; use on my face as well. Just keep out of your eyes and other sensitive areas of course. However, it's not harsh for me at all. Use about once every 2 weeks.

This is the best salicylic cleanser! I always come back to this product because there's a significant difference compared to other products. This cleanses the skin deeply without drying, and I love that it also has anti-aging benefits. It's a large bottle and you only need a very small amount, so it lasts a really long time.
