After one year …

I may not have had the type of hair loss this works best for — post menopausal. Faithful use for one year. At best it grew faint “peach fuzz” but I guess it did grow some hair. Probably best to seek medical consult prior to see if the use of a laser might help you.

I bought the HairMax Ultima 9 laser comb about six months ago and I have been using it 3 times a week on three areas of my scalp. I have thinning hair around my front hairline, around the center of my forehead and two small bald patches on either side, making it impossible to wear my hair pulled back. About six to eight weeks of using it I noticed hair growth in these three areas, the front hairline above my forehead was showing results and the bald spots had fine new hairs showing. I have not achieved 100 percent coverage, but what I have achieved works just fine as I can now wear my hair off my face with no embarrassment, and the treated areas definitely are fuller. My husband has been using it too on his balding area at the back of his head and is seeing good results.

excellent hair loss aid

I have been using this on and off for about 2 months, only around the hairline bordering my forehead. When I first used it for about 2 weeks I noticed that I shed significantly less--going from about 30-40 strands of hair loss to about 5 strands on one shower. The product suggested use of topical product to enhance the effect. Thinking that it's the topical product that made me shed less, I stopped using this product for about a month. I started shedding 30-40 strands from using the topical product only. Now I am back to using the HairMax, I only lose about 5 strands again--without any use of the topical stuff. I will continue to use HairMax because it works with or without a bunch of other topical product. FYI, I use it once or twice a day for about 1 minute around my hairline only.
