It stays cold and feels nice on my eyes in the morning. BUT the handle is really thin, which means that it is not super comfortable to hold, due to the end of it being quite heavy. I find my hand cramping up in order to hold it in a more comfortable way, I have to hold the cold part also, which isn’t ideal. Wish I had gone with a different brand.

I actually did a lot of research on cryo tools before purchasing these Hydropeptide ones because I was caught between getting glass vs. stainless steel. The weight is substantial but not cumbersome to work with. I do like the special shape for easy sculpting and applying pressure against the contours of my face compared to spherical ice globes. Comes in a clear plastic tupperware-like container for easy storage in fridge or freezer (easy to sanitize). I have used them about half a dozen times in 3 weeks and immediately each use, my face feels remarkably tighter for at least 20 minutes although I do understand it is merely the coldness that's causing the "feeling". I'm very happy with my purchase... just a small, lovely self-care pleasure.
