It does indeed remove all my makeup.

It doesn’t irritate my eyes so I don’t need ann additional eye makeup remover. I wouldn’t use it as a cleanser alone but it has great ingredients, such peptides, so it’s a great addition to my anti-aging routine.

Botanical Cleansing Balm is luxurious....

I've been waiting to try this cleansing balm for quite a while and I finally found it at a great sale price. It was worth the wait. I'm not crazy about the weird smell, but it's not bad.....the cleansing balm works great!!! Would definitely purchase this again.

Gentle and thorough

I use this every day I wear makeup. My foundation, mascara, EVERYTHING, is long-wearing to the point I would need to double-wash or scrub my face to remove it all. Even when I wear false eyelashes, it melts the adhesive off. I do still use a cleanser afterwards and I feel like I need to remove the slightly greasy feeling. It may be not necessary, but I am concerned about it anyway.
