With its dual chamber dispensing system, Jan Marini Skin Research Age Intervention Duality MD works to deliver two powerful creams to help address signs of aging and adult acne. With Age Intervention Duality MD, you’ll find the same great benefits as Age Intervention Duality in an even more powerful, physician-strength formula. One chamber contains a cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide, plus a blend of anti-inflammatory ingredients, to help address blemishes and irritation at the source. Recommended by my facialist for hormonal breakouts

I had a bout of breakouts along my jawline at the beginning of the year and my facialist recommended this in combination with jane iredale skin accumax and a daily probiotic to rebalance whatever wackiness was going on with my body (i.e. hormonal imbalance). I had been using a different retinol and liked that, but decided to give this a shot. it worked really well and cleared up my skin so i've kept up with it ever since. i still use the other retinol for its overall long term benefits for cell turnover and keeping my skin youthful, but like this specifically to prevent jawline breakouts. it didn't cause any irritation or redness when i started as i think my skin is pretty well-acclimated to actives and now i use it ~3x a week to avoid over-drying my skin. it keeps my skin clear, even avoid period breakouts (i have oily/combination skin).

Great so far!

I have not used Jan Marini Age Intervention Duality MD many times as I recently purchased it; however, I love it already! The only downside is the amount of product in the bottle. The bottle was very light when I received it and seems like it won't last that long, though, hopefully, I will be proven wrong. Overall, it seems like it will be very effective long-term.

Miracle Product for Adult Acne

I’m a 41 year old mother that has struggled with hormonal acne since I had my son 12 years ago. For years I tried just about every product my dermatologist recommended with no prevail. A Must Upgrade!

I’ve been using the regular strength Duality for well over a year now. After years of prescription medications and Dr visits that did nothing, Duality helped get my hormonal acne completely under control. I cannot be without it. When I saw the MD strength.
