This helps with de tangling while combing out and I think it also helps keep my hair from tangling while blow drying. Not sure if it helps reduce drying time, but I’m not having to stop because of a tangle. It takes me around twenty minutes to blow out my hair & I use a hot blowdryer. My hair is very healthy.
