I have suffered from dark sun spots for years, starting during my second pregnancy. I was able through the decades to get rid of most of it but seem to have particularly sensitive skin. I am extremely careful to always use a high spf sunscreen and a hat for protection. In spite of all the precautions I will occasionally experience sun spots.
