I have fine hair that is thick (lots of it in the back of my head/not the front), wavy, middle aged hair "M" years and this product is a game changer! The smell is not too strong, you use just a little throughout your hair and it helps with the frizzies. I use this prior to smoothing/straightening out my hair to protect from heat.
