LATHER Citrus Balancing Toner brings skin to the right level of pH.

This alcohol-free facial tonic, when used daily after cleansing, removes excess dirt and oil from the skin and helps to keep normal to oily skin's pH in balance. Lemon bioflavonoids and witch hazel extract balance pH while linoleic acid helps keep skin clean while reducing irritation. Vitamin E delivers antioxidant protection and pine tree extract stimulates and refreshes.

I'm always looking for a toner to help me with my combination acne-prone skin. So far, I like this. My only complaint is that I have a hard time controlling how much I use, so I feel like I'm wasting it. I put it in a spray bottle instead, and I like it better like that.
