The Pro IPL Skin Beauty System is LumaRx's most powerful, feature-rich, highly intuitive hair removal system in the LumaRx® family of devices. With the largest window size and the highest number of flashes available,* it’s perfect for power users and more intensive treatments from head to toe.

The LumaRx Pro device is an over-the-counter device intended to provide phototherapeutic light to the body. It is also intended for the removal of unwanted hair by using a selective photothermal treatment. It is also indicated for the removal of unwanted body and/or facial hair in adults with Fitzpatrick Skin Types 1-IV. The LumaRx Pro device is also intended for permanent reduction in unwanted hair. Permanent hair reduction is defined as the long-term, stable reduction in the number of hairs re-growing when measured at six, nine and twelve months after the completion of a treatment regimen. 

The LumaRx Pro device should only be used on light to medium skin tones and comes with a built-in skin tone tester that is designed to help prevent treating skin that may be unsuitable. The device is most effective on dark hair and less effective on lighter hair colors such as light blonde and red. It is not recommended for white or gray hair. The LumaRx Pro device is intended for use on female facial hair on the cheeks, sideburns, chin, neck areas and above the lips or can also be used on male and female body hair below the neck, including the underarms, bikini line, legs, arms, chest and stomach
