I really like the product itself - it feels velvety going on and has a more matte look so I don't feel I need to powder before heading out for the day. As other reviewers have said, the delivery system is awful. The first bottle I thought I figured it out, but the second is nuts. It either doesn't come out at all, shoots onto my cabinet instead of into my hand, or dribbles down the side of the bottle. This is very weird, especially considering I have used multiple products with the same delivery system but not this issue.

Good AM serum

I semi-recently added this serum to my routine, so I can’t speak to the long-term effects; in the past, I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my skin with any Vitamin C serum, but I like Neocutis and wanted to try this out. I do wish that it was SPF-free, as I already use SPF in my moisturizer and don’t prefer a double-dose in multiple products. The texture of this is more like a creamy wet lotion versus a clear liquidy serum, although I personally still find it a bit drying if i don’t follow with moisturizer. It does have a tinge of a smell to it, as most Vitamin C serums do. I haven’t experienced any issues with the packaging as some other users did, but I hope that the airtight and opaque bottle will keep the product well-preserved. Overall, I’m not sure if I would buy again because I haven’t really ever noticed a drastic difference in my skin with or without Vitamin C serums, but I do think that this seems to be a good product for what it is.

Great product / highly flawed delivery system

I would have given this 5 stars but it's too hard to get out of the container. I wrote to LovelySkin about it and they actually have a video to assist you in getting the product out of the bottle! I don't have time for this and I'm sure you don't either. Neocutis makes wonderful products. They need to figure out a way to dispense this product well. Loved the product but don't think I will get it again due to this issue.

Terrible packaging

I really wanted to love this, but I can feel a slight grainy/gritty texture and I am having issues with the packaging. I contacted customer service and was kindly supplied with a replacement product. However, the replacement is exactly the same - same gritty/grainy texture and issues with the pump system. I ordered another Neocutis product and do not have the same issues with the pump. Will definitely not be ordering again given these issues and the high cost of this product.

Sheer protection from the sun

This sunscreen is very sheer and applies well under makeup while providing excellent sun protection. The pump is a bit finicky, but once I figured out how to prime it before each use it works fine.

I bought this serum for my Vitamin C and SPF all in one application in the AM. I love the creamy consistency, it feels like I might not need an additional moisturizer over it. I’m really liking all the results I’m getting from Neocutis products, I’m starting to fill my full AM. And PM regimen with the one product line. I think they’re better together!

Love this SPF!

I received this free along with a large purchase I made here and I love it!! I probably would have never even thought to buy this, but I am so happy LovelySkin sent it. Neocutis Re-Active original discontinued

I'm sorry they discontinued the original Neocutis ReActive Vitaplex C. I have used this product for years. Now, they have added SPF in it. I like the original better. I have SPF in my moisturizer, which I wore over my serum. It as nice having a product with no SPF it.

Horrible New Formulation

I'm a huge Neocutis fan, but Neocutis ruined a perfectly good product with this new formulation. By adding sunscreen, the product now leaves a ghost white finish on the skin, it feels grainy & dry and it pills horribly when rubbed in. The original formula was so much better, looks like I will need to find a new vitamin C serum.
