This is very strong and will burn your face if overused. I use it to spot treat hyperpigmentation in my chin/ jaw area. It seems to work well but can be drying to the skin.

I can live without most products EXCEPT this one!

I have actually experimented when money was tight and stopped using this product for about two months or so… and my skin completely transformed back to dull/ acne prone face that I began with before starting to use this product about 12-14 years ago! Although when I started using neostrata I originally bought it from another website until I found lovely skin was up and running I continued to use this product every day since then! I dislike that the prices have increased over the years and I really wish they would honor folks for being loyal using their products and grandfather us into a set price! If you have acne prone skin! Buy this product and use it twice a day! Don’t skip washing your face and don’t pick it! Use sunscreen!

Love the higher potency

I have used Neo Strata Resurfacing cream for years but thought I would try the more potent version to give my skin a boost. I am only using the higher potency cream around my mouth and it really seems to be just the change I needed. I think for my skin it might be a little too strong all over but I'm going to certainly give it a try. I do think that Neo Strata is the best glycolic I have ever used.

Not the high hopes I had...

I recently found out I was pregnant and have already been using glycolic products, but of course, pregnancy wreaked pimple havoc on my face! Therefore, I wanted to try this. I will say the texture is great and does not leave me feeling greasy. Since I was accustomed to 10 and 15 percent glycolic products, I started using this nightly. By day 3 my acne was SO MUCH WORSE! I received a sample of Glycolic 10 Renew Overnight with my order and started using that with MUCH better results. I scaled back on this and use it once or twice a week and have not broken out with it since that way. Since my hormones are different while pregnant, I wish I knew if this would work while I am not, so I will just have to wait and see! I am not disappointed, yet I am not thrilled.
