I have been using the 1.0 Obagi retinol treatment for over a year, and I am thrilled with the results. It's stronger than the .50 retinol, so if you have never used retinol before, I recommend starting with the .50 retinol and working up to the 1.0. When I first started using retinol, I had some facial redness and peeling. Hence, starting with the .50 works best.
