I'm four months in to a 9-month treatment regimen. My esthetician recommended taking 3 pills daily for the first three months. After about 1 month, my skin was a lot less dry and flaky. Helps with the bloat

Difference-maker

I had faithfully used this for over a year and ran out of product. It Took me about a month to get around to placing a new order. It was interesting that in that 30 day period, I noticed a change to the skin on my face. It became more problematic, showing signs of adult acne and flakiness that I hadn’t seen in a while.
