Great serum

This serum is effective and works well for my combo skin (dehydrated, sensitive, acne prone). I use this serum every morning and night before applying cream. I have noticed improvements in the texture of my skin since I started using this (eg. less lines, wrinkles, smoother overall and more even skin tone). I just wish it was slightly less expensive, but that being said, I wouldn't switch to another serum.

I have used PCA Hydrating Serum for years…whenever I stray to try a new product- like SC serums, I’m always back for this one. Recently I had purchased some SC serums and a vitamin C serum, but developed an itchy rash on my cheeks. Went back to PCA hydrating serum and it was gone very quickly. Goes on very smooth and is easy to layer with other products; makeup…I find some PCA products pill when layered; this does not.

This serum is okay. I’m not too impressed. It’s sticky, and my other products don’t go on as smoothly. It’s lightweight, but I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in my level of hydration. I live in Colorado where the climate is super dry, so I need all the help I can get, and I’m 42. Ugh

Not sure what happened. I received a free sample and loved the product, so I ordered a full-size bottle. After the second usage, my face broke out. I'm 60, and my face never breaks out, but we''re talking boils. My face cleared up when I stopped using it. There may be something in the formula that my skin can't tolerate. It just didn't work for me.
