Makes a difference!
Due to a vision problem, I have to pull down my lower lids to insert certain eye meds several times a day. This has resulted in puffiness and discoloration. lll Skin mask seems to have reduced the appearance of this under eye situation. I will continue using this product.

My new fav eye masks
