Love the finish, wish there were more tints!
As the title explains, the finish of this spf is incredible and gives me the most beautiful airbrushed look. Unfortunately, the tint is just ever so slightly too dark -- so I have to use another product with it to get it closer to my natural skin tone. For the price, Alastin really needs to get into gear and make more shades!!

Great consistency, some coverage, but a little dry
I got this as a sample from LovelySkin. It is a little pricey but feels great going on, which incentivizes putting on spf. The color is a little yellow but I just add bronzing drops.

So many reasons to love...but...
This would be one of my favorite sunscreens if only the tint was a bit lighter. It comes across a bit dark, perhaps even a touch orange on my light skin, so I combine it with a different brand, which I love.

Alastin HydraTint sunscreen
I like the product thus far. It goes on much more smoothly than the Revision Intellishade Orginal and Matt products that I have and does not seem drying. It might be slightly darker than the Revision but that is fine with me. I also like it better than the Skinbetter SPF 75 product which I also have which is very thick and hard to spread.

Good but the color is a bit too dark
I like the consistency of this product and how it protects my skin naturally. However, I find with my med/light skin with cool undertones that this product is a bit too dark. I will not repurchase. For med or darker skin tones, this would be a great product. No need for foundation.

Good spf
So my favorite tinted mineral sunscreen was from a different brand but they discontinued it so I read reviews and decided on this as a replacement. While I like it I don’t like it as much as that one.. I loved that one! But this one feels more like makeup and looks like melted makeup by the end of the day. I also feel the color shows more on this one. Things I do like: it lasts all day. It doesn’t break me out. Things I don’t like: it feels heavy. It doesn’t protect my skin very well. I still get burned with this on while as the other brand I did not. I will continue to use it until gone but I will not repurchase.

Alastin hydra tint
This is my second purchase. I use this on my face and neck after cleansing, toning and moisturizing. After those steps I apply it to my face and neck. It works great as sun protection and a light coverage foundation. I have a medium skin tone so I’m not sure if this would work for any darker skin tones or very fair skin tones. I apply mineral foundation overtop if I am doing a fuller make up face to add deeper tone where needed and mineral blush. I’m confident with e sun protection and that it doesn’t cause crepey skin look or pill like many tinted moisturizers do.

I really like the texture and the coverage. Looks good and no breakouts. Wish it came in more a range of shades.. I’m fair and this would be better if it were a tad lighter. But it’s hard for me to find sunscreen that doesn’t break me out.

Love How It Feels But…
I’ve been wanting to try this tinted sunscreen for quite a while. It feels smooth and lightweight on my skin, as well as provides perfect coverage. What’s not so great is what some others have said…it has a slight orange tint which makes it a bit off for my fair to light skin tone. If not for the orange tint, I’d give it 5 stars.

Bronzed Skin
This non-greasy sunscreen is a must have. Gives my Fitzpatrick skin type II a glowing bronzed color without the need for additional foundation or concealers. I have removed one star from the rating only because the bronzed glow is a bit on the orange side that will not be to everyone's liking if you have fair skin. However, the way the product feels and makes my skin look, I can live with the color. This is a product I will not be without.

Really nice hydrating texture, wish coverage lasted longer
This feels so luxurious. It's hydrating, and the coverage is nice and natural. I just wish the coverage lasted a little longer, but it's probably a good reminder to be reapplying SPF throughout the day. This item is pricey, but one container lasted me almost a year with daily use.
