Almost nourishing enough
For a product labeled “ultra nourishing” I would expect a little more emollience and thickness, but this is a great base hydrator though some with severe dryness or irritation may need a more occlusive product. Good not amazing.

Great product but shockingly bad packaging
I love the product, but the cap lip broke off when the tube tipped over. Considering that it is designed to stand up ON the cap, this is not cool. Forever after, the cap dropped off every time I went to pick it up. For this much money the package should be made better. I had a problem with another product from the same company. They were both recommended by my doctor, and I'm trying it again, but honestly, it is not a great situation.
