Luxurious Cleansing Balm
I took one star off bc of the price. I truly don't think a cleanser should cost that much. However, I will still continue to buy it on sale. The texture of this balm is really luxurious. So much so, that I really look forward to my evening skincare routine.

Effective precleanse-be sure to mix in tube before using!!
I read a review somewhere that this precleanse was a runny oil. Well, I ordered it anyway and discovered that all you need to do is take your fingers and “mix” the ingredients by massaging the tube so all of the ingredients are blended. It turns into a “balm” rather than a runny oil. And it doesn’t take much either, maybe a pea size. I follow it up with their cleanser and my face is clean. Highly recommend!

Burns my eyes
I do love how soft and luxurious this makes my skin feel. However, I was hoping to use this as it was labeled. Cleansing balm. It is clearly not a balm. It’s runny and thin and I expect not to have irritation. Will not recommend.
