Gritty Eye Cream

This is the strangest eye cream I’ve ever used. I cannot speak to efficacy as it’s only been a few weeks, but it feels like you are putting cream with sand under your eyes. There are flakes of glitter/sparkle that are rough and lay on top of skin. It’s really weird? I wanted something that would be good under makeup, but this is not it. So I’ll use this at night until it’s gone and won’t repurchase.
