OK but not great.

I am a fairly new and happy Arcona products user and had been using the Peptide Hydrating Complex moisturizer. Wintertime cold and wind is a challenge where I live and I thought maybe another moisturizer would be more "moisturizing" so I tried the Magic Dry Ice Ultra Daily Hydrator. But I returned it since I didn't feel it gave me any more protection or moisture than the Peptide Hydrating Complex. I've returned back to the "Complex" now.
