I really really love this product! My esthetician had recommended this, so I decided to try it. I used this both in the evening and morning, it leaves my skin well hydrated and smooth. My sunscreen and make up go on smooth, and last throughout the day. I also like the packaging, great for travel. Price point is high, but excellent product. Will purchase again.

The biggest question that comes up with Augustinus Bader all the time is "is it worth it?" That's a subjective question, and one that's impossible to answer. All I know is that I've now gone through 5 bottles of AB's various creams and I'm a believer. My skin loves this stuff. I'm on the oilier side and I use The Rich Cream at night only during the winter and it's a game changer.

During the winter, I alternate between this product and The Cream during the day, depending on how dry my skin gets. During the summer, I only use this at night on top of my serum. It is definitely emollient, but not greasy, which I appreciate.

Good moisturizer, probably not worth the price
I actually really like this moisturizer and I’ve purchased it several times— so when I say it’s not worth the price I’m not specifically saying you shouldn’t buy it- however, I think there are other moisturizers at lower price points that would be just as good as this one. I haven’t noticed any miracles from this cream but my skin looks better when I’m using than when I’m not. It hydrates well for most seasons, although in the winter time I layer an oil or balm over this. I will probably continue to repurchase but if you’re looking for a splurge that is holy grail status *worth it*, maybe this isn’t it.

Has helped my skin significantly
I’m 65 years old my skin out of the blue I developed dry areas on my face. I received a sample of this cream. I tried it I saw immediate results so I purchased a larger one . I started applying it morning and night. I no longer have the dry areas and my skin feels smooth. I do my neck and chest as well. It has a pleasant smell if any the cream is emollient not heavy like Vaseline but it is thicker than a lotion. It doesn’t sit on the skin it gets absorbed and my skin just feels wonderful. I will continue using it. I have a backup when a it’s on sale. I say give a try if you have dry skin and nothing else seems to help.
