This liner is so dry, it's hard to apply. And when I do manage to press hard enough to get anything to happen, it's so blotchy and smudged that it looks awful. Avoid!

This is an excellent eyeliner. I love the color and how easy it is to apply it in my eyes. I use it as a waterline and it is so thin and smooth so no need to put any pressure in that delicate area. It lasts many hours. What is very impressive is that it seems like you are using a liquid eyeliner when you are not. This is a much easier product to apply.

Easily glides on with no tugging. The always sharp feature eliminates waste from sharpening the pencils. Like bareMinerals for their "Clean Beauty" mission. I feel good about purchasing their products. This is my go to liner pencil. I also like their mascara.

The majority of my makeup is bareMinerals and has been for years, so when I wanted to upgrade my eyeliner from a drugstore brand it made sense to pick bareMinerals. It goes on easily which is important because I’m not great at keeping a straight line, but I do have trouble keeping it to a thin line. Putting it on too thick may also cause my problem of having it flake some. I do like the ease of use with it and the color is true as well.
