I apply this before bed every night... and it is moisturizing. I use it instead of a more expensive eye cream that I own which I use in the am only. This is okay, it is softens the skin. But lately I have been noticing that I have red dots where I haven't in the past and this is the only change I have made to my eye routine, so I am a bit worried that this is the cause... we shall see.
