Just ok
I was looking for an inexpensive eye cream. I guess I got what I paid for. I was hoping it would provide more hydration. My eye area is not puffy. I do have dark circles which hasn’t been alleviated.

This product seems to be helping alleviate under-eye puffiness. Products like these need to be used twice daily and take some time to work. So far, I'm noticing a reduction in the puffiness or bags under my eyes.
