Repackaging Ploy!
I wish I could give this revamped product a negative Star Rating! I have been using this product for probably 11 years or more. I was stunned to learn that the company changed the product packaging and then DOUBLED the price. I initially refused to purchase this but I have always loved how it cleared/cleansed my skin. The glycolic WAS a game changer! I finally caved and spent the $33.59 (vs $18 bucks). Upon use I immediately noticed that no only was the product packaging revamped but it is also not as effective. Since I did not retain the old bottle I cannot compare the ingredients. Regards, I know for a certainty that this company discontinued the original, changed the packaging, increased the price and ruined the formula. Exasperating!

Not Sure About This One
This packaging looks like it was designed by a high schooler, which makes me question the efficacy of this product. Having used this product, I haven't experienced any red flags. I experienced a similar tingle to genuine glycolic acid face wash. My biggest concerns are its pH and percent% glycolic acid, both of which I am unable to test. If this was from a reputable brand with evidenced efficacy or test results, I would feel better about this purchase. 3/5.

Seems okay
I purchased this to help with breakouts on my shoulders and upper back and so far I don’t notice a difference after using this. I was using the glytone body wash before. This was cheaper so I thought I would give it a try.

Knocks bacne out!
I was using another LovelySkin product with 8% glycolic that works well, but I work out several days a week, and it wasn’t keeping up. I found this stronger solution and it works very, very well. Beware! It will dry you out so moisturize and slather on sunscreen, but if you are athletic, a little goes a long way and does the trick.

Drying
This cleanser can be a bit drying, and I don’t feel like it exfoliates much. I think leave-on glycolic products work better.
