I use this product three times a week after using pumice peel. I leave it on for about 3 minutes but you can leave it on longer before removing with cool water. The longer the better. I’ve left it on while cleaning ( a couple of hours). My skin feels refreshed and soft after rinsing off. I highly recommend this product.. it’s a little expensive but so worth it and only takes a small amount.
