Doesn’t smudge but goopy
Have purchased this many times, keep coming back because it’s not waterproof and reliably doesn’t smudge. Downside is same complaint as many other reviewers… application for first two weeks is super goopy and a hassle. Wish Blinc would keep the product formula but improve the wand/tube/packaging so it applies evenly from the start.

Smudge proof
I love how smudge proof this mascara is, I have oil skin/eyelids and watery eyes and most mascaras run but this mascara never runs. This mascara also gives some good length but the downside is it is very thick and sometimes my lashes stick together.
