Broke After 4 Uses

I loved my Chi flat iron that I had for years so gave this a shot. Sadly, it didn't last long - with the heating element dying on me after just 4 uses and had to return it. The handle is thick and bulky, and not easy to hold on to if you have small hands like I do. I still like the Chi brand so hoping it was just a fluke and not a company-wide design flaw.
