Non drying
Does what it says. The skin around my eyes feel so soft when I put this on. Non drying. Will buy again.

Clark's Botanical Anti-Puff Eye Cream
I like this product a lot. I have tried many eye creams. This one, however, for me, really helps with the puffiness. Not so much with dark circles, but puffiness, absolutely.
