Rating of Wow Hair Lifter
I have used it only on part of my hair in the back where I did not want it to be flat. I had used a little toward the top back and did not like how the top stood higher than i wanted. So, thus far, I have not been to pleased with it. - ms

I don’t think it works that well. I put it on the roots just like you had said to do and it just really doesn’t do too much.
