Thorughly cleanses sensitive skin
I use the Colorscience Total Protection mineral sunscreen daily over my moisturizer. I bought this after receiving a sample. It works well for my sensitive skin, and I like knowing that it is removing every trace of sunscreen so my nighttime serum and retinol can penetrate. I was using another foaming oil cleanser, but I was concerned it might be leaving a film on my skin and compromising absorption of actives. This is my new go-to for evening cleansing.

Might still require double cleansing
This is not a bad face cleanser, it’s just not as exceptional. It lathers well and the gel like consistency provides for a clean feel afterwards without stripping or drying out the skin. However, it is not a fool proof cleanser. I don’t use makeup (foundation, specifically) tinted sunblock and have found on several occasions sunblock residue after using this cleanser (same with mascara). Don’t take me wrong, it is a good facial cleanser and the fact that it comes in travel size is definitely a plus. I just wouldn’t rely exclusively on it.

I do not recommend this product at all. I was convinced to buy it and actually excited for this product after seeing multiple advertisements about how good it cleanses your skin and how you don’t need to double wash/clean your face. To my surprise it is the total opposite. It does not cleanse well at all. I need to double wash my face and still need to clean it with micellar water afterwards (and I don’t use heavy makeup). It also has an unpleasant smell, it stings really bad if it gets in your eyes and tastes horrible if it gets in your mouth while in the shower, and leaves skin really dry. Absolutely never buying again. I wish I could return it. I prefer any other face wash over this one 100%.

I really like this cleanser. It gets most of my tinted sunscreen off and most of my eye makeup on the first cleanse. Still need to double cleanse, though.
