As a woman with deep skin, finding a sunscreen that actually works WITHOUT leaving a white cast has always been a challenge for me. I’ve tried a lot over the years, and most either looked gray, felt heavy, pilled under makeup, or made my skin look oily. Colorescience Total Protection No-Show Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 has honestly been one of the best sunscreens I’ve used. It blends beautifully into deep skin with no chalky residue and gives my skin a healthy, natural finish instead of looking flat or ashy. What I also appreciate is that it layers well with my skincare and makeup. Some mineral sunscreens fight against your products, but this one sits beautifully on the skin. I take skincare seriously, especially as I’ve gotten older, and sunscreen is non-negotiable for me. This one makes daily wear easy because it actually feels elegant on the skin. If you have melanin-rich skin and struggle with mineral sunscreens, this one is definitely worth trying.

A 50 SPF With NO White Cast!
I have tried countless different SPFs and am seriously in love with this one from Colorescience.. It wears great either on top of moisturizer or as a moisturizer itself over a light serum when in humid climates. I am in the sun quite frequently and use this on my face, neck, and hands (a little bit goes a long way). My favorite part of this SPF is that it is all-mineral while staying very light, gentle, effective, and does not make it look like I am wearing clown makeup! It also wears very well under makeup, but I often like to skip foundation as I feel like it gives my skin a nice dewy glow.

Color Science No Show Mineral SPF50. I liked it and did not leave a white cast. I love Color Science SPF products. My favorite is Sunforgettable Classic tint mineral SPF50, lightweight with good coverage, but if I am wearing a hat, I will use the No Show Mineral on my forehead, as it will not transfer color onto my hat. I follow both with Color Science Sunforgettable Brush-on Shield SPF 50, which is great for touch-ups and takes away any shine. Great products used alone or together!

My New Favorite Facial Sunscreen
Needless to say, I have tried and used so many wonderful brands and formulas over the years, but I have had to change cleansers, and some skincare products to accommodate hormonal changes that come with the aging process. As a result, I decided to contact one of the great LS representatives to assist me in the hope that I would not have to waste my time and money on various products that may sound good, but would not target my issues. It goes on easily, blends in beautifully over my C serum and my powder foundation. There is no white residue or pilling, and no greasy appearance as the weather warms up in Southern California. I really love this sunscreen, it soaks right in and doesn't show! I don't know how they do that. It's not heavy or greasy either and I haven't had any breakouts with it either. It does seem to keep the moisture in my skin too which is hard in Colorado's climate. I generally put it on after my regular moisturizer then let it settle a bit then apply my powder foundation. I've been using this production now for about 3 years and so far it's my favorite.

Good choice for mineral sunscreen

This is by far the best suncreen moisturizer I have ever used. The one I liked was discontinued I tried at least 6 different kinds Most have niacin in them that makes my skin feel like sand paper.
