This is not an overnight wow result, for me, this has worked well over time. I was using another line for a long time which had adverse effects on my aging hair. I'm on my 3rd bottle which is not usual for me. hair is denser in terms of length it's hard to say since I chopped off 3 inches recently. I personally like this entire e a lot. I'm on medication which has taken a toll on me. This seems to help along with a few supplements.
