Packaging Fail

This is a terrific face wash. I wish I could give it five stars because my skin often looks like glass after washing. My skin feels clean and moisturized. However, although the product is lovely, both times I’ve purchased it, I found the top doesn’t completely close. There seems to be a problem with the plastic top not snapping shut so that the product leaks. The container needs to be carefully stored upright to avoid losing product. The result is a lot of lost product so that this face wash gets used up quickly and turns out to be more expensive because of needing to replace it faster.
