Not very exfoliating
I purchased this because I have sensitive skin and don't want something that would irritate--but need a product to get rid of dry skin. When I use this--even with a very little amount of water--it doesn't seem to be doing much. I'm going to keep using weekly and see if benefit comes after using for awhile.

Still drying for dry skin.
Still drying for dry skin. Using once a week. I like the grainy texture. It's so hard to find an appropriate exfoliant for dry skin.

Slow return process
I tried to return this item unopened. I had to email them my request and it took them four days to decide if I could even return it. Despite what the website states, it is not an easy return process even for unopened items. I won’t shop here again.
