YES!! Nice strength!
I returned these bc I accidentally thought I NEEDED the extra strength, but then I got a sample! It's really nice to have both bc some days my skin needs less exfoliation. I like the packets bc they travel well.

Just what I was looking for.
I switched from a mineral powder foundation to a liquid and it completely ruined my skin. My pores around my chin and cheeks became deeply clogged so nothing could pull the "dirt" up. I started to fuss with my skin because I had never dealt with clogged pores or pimples of any kind and I created scars. Not to sound dramatic but this ruined my self esteem. I mean I didn't want to leave my house I was looking so rough. This is the ONLY thing that unclogged my pores and erased my scars and dark spots. I stop when I clear up and if I go through so rough skin times I use them again and I clear right up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Although pricey, this is a really good product. While I typically use the dual pads once or twice a week, I will occasionally use them on subsequent days with good results and no side effects. Ones skin appears clear and bright after application, no question. The treatment returns significant life to aging skin.

Con - smells strong, takes some getting use to. Pros - Individual packets are easy to store and travel with. Not only prevents acne, but works wonders on eliminating those tiny pesky blackheads. The product is great. This is the first acne treatment that has helped with my adult acne. I initially used it every day for a few days, then every two to three days. It works so well, that now I only need to use it once a week. Skin still feels soft, but most importantly....NO ACNE! Very happy with the results.
