I have chronically dry lips. I have to drink the most water. sleep in aquaphor etc so my lips dont dry up like a sponge in the sun. I have found my best success with lip plumpers in keeping my lips 'moist'. My GOAT product was from fusion beauty but they out of business. This product actually does help. when i have a product that actually works and hydrates i am not putting it on 15x a day. i put this on when i head out the door or before bed and it helps. just a few touchups with an spf balm and im good to go.

Plumps lips and good texture
Lips appear plumper after applying. Feels good on lips. Too soon to tell long term effects.
